Carlos Serrano is a Babson College graduate with a BBA in Entrepreneurship and a concentration in Accounting. Carlos has gained extensive experience in finance and investments as a Financial Analyst at Bayshore Investment Partners. BIP is a private equity firm based in Miami that focuses on acquiring and operating multifamily and industrial assets across the Southeast.

Previously, Carlos was also a Merger and Acquisition Intern at KFC Group Ecuador, where he was part of the valuation team that conducted research leading to the acquisition of the KFC franchise in Chile and Argentina. Furthermore, Carlos has been actively involved in investing via his family network in Heritage Holding since 2018. This partnership has successfully closed 17 deals and exited eight since inception.
